We just sold our house with Lillian Realty and were so surprised that it was sold that fast in this rough market. We listed the house with another company and luckily just for 3 month term. This company just put a sign on my yard and took pictures for brochure. That was all. After that, with some referral, we called Lillian to list our house. They came, talked, estimated the listing price and WOW!!! She sent in the troop to stage the house and had 2 Open-House weekends. Done and the selling price was better than expected. Sadly, it was lower than asking price but the 7-figure house in this market is hard to sell as we all know. I told my friends: If you have a house to sell: Call Lillian. I even came over to my neighbor who is listing her house with another company and told her my experience.

Lillian and her team were excellent. We ran into a few problems with the sale and I would have lost the house if it wasn't for Lillian's knowledge and responsiveness. My house was less than other houses that Lillian sells and she treated me like I was her only client. I will recommend Lillian to anyone buying a house.
