Fortunately, during the inspection and purchase process, the inspector identified a potential mold issue, and Eric worked with us to procure a letter of completion and 10 year warranty on the work from the sellers. We have since contacted the remediation company who has agreed to resolve the current mold issue at no cost to us, nearly ten years later, saving us several thousands of dollars. The bottom line is that we are still benefiting from Eric’s help all these years later. We would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone contemplating the purchase or sale of real estate.
